Choose your list.

Scan the label.

Use Live Scan or upload a photo. If the list wraps around a bottle or packet, roll it slowly while you scan. The text is read on your phone.

Red, amber or green. With the reason.

Anything on your list turns red and is named, with the item it matched. If a “may contain” warning mentions something on your list, it turns amber. If nothing on your list is found, it turns green. Every scan is saved to your history, on your phone.

Green means none of your watched ingredients were found in the text it read. It does not mean a food is safe for you.
